Overview
DharmikVibes provides spiritual services including online pujas, chadava (offerings), rituals, and religious ceremonies that are performed based on advance planning, priest arrangements, temple scheduling, and sacred preparations.
Due to the spiritual, customized, and perishable nature of these services, all bookings are final.
Once a puja, chadava, or ritual is booked, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.
No Refund Policy
- All payments made to DharmikVibes are non-refundable
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred
- This applies to:
- Online pujas
- Special pujas
- Temple offerings (chadava)
- Sankalp bookings
- Festival or date-specific rituals
- Customized spiritual services
No Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cannot be canceled after confirmation
- Requests for cancellation due to personal reasons, change of mind, incorrect details, or inability to attend will not be entertained
- Customers are requested to carefully review all details (puja type, date, name, gotra, etc.) before making payment
No Exchange Policy
- Services once booked cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another puja or date
- No changes are allowed after the booking is confirmed
Service Fulfillment
- DharmikVibes ensures that all pujas and offerings are performed with sincerity and devotion as per traditional practices
- In rare cases where a puja cannot be performed due to unavoidable circumstances (such as temple closure, natural calamities, or force majeure), DharmikVibes may:
- Reschedule the puja to a suitable future date
- OR provide an alternative equivalent puja
- No monetary refund will be issued in such cases
Incorrect Details Provided by Customer
- DharmikVibes is not responsible for errors made by customers while entering:
- Name
- Gotra
- Date
- Nakshatra
- Sankalp details
- Any puja performed based on provided details will be considered successfully completed
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after booking is a violation of this policy
- DharmikVibes reserves the right to submit proof of service booking and policy acceptance to payment gateways and banks
Acceptance of Policy
By booking any service on DharmikVibes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the strict no-refund clause.
