Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 28 days before departure: 30% of the package cost charged
- 28 to 15 days before departure: 50% charged
- 14 to 08 days before departure: 75% charged
- 07 days or less before departure: No refund
- No Show / After journey commencement: No refund

🔹 Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 days of the scheduled journey date.

- Weather & Force Majeure – Flights are subject to weather conditions, regulatory clearances, and technical factors. DharmikVibes holds no responsibility for delays/cancellations beyond control.
- Rescheduling – In case of rescheduling due to weather/technical reasons, alternate dates or credit vouchers will be offered.
- Passenger Requirements – All guests must carry a valid Government Photo ID. Medical fitness is the responsibility of the passenger.
- Luggage – Only hand baggage (up to 5 kg) is allowed due to helicopter weight restrictions.
- Priority Darshan – Assistance will be provided, but temple authorities reserve the right to regulate entry during peak periods.
- Insurance – Travel insurance is recommended for passengers.
- Liability – DharmikVibes is not liable for personal delays, missed connections, or temple closure due to local reasons.
